I am a mum, a businesswoman and a lover of Pilates.

What can you expect from me?
- I am the kind of person who strives to reach set goals and “get it done”. For this reason, I enjoy helping others to do the same.
- If you are looking for somebody who is an expert in Pilates Mat, let’s start, meet and work together.
- If you are looking for change and a challenge in your current program, then I am your instructor.
- If you want to understand Pilates as a system, then I am your instructor or student.
- If you want to get new input through workshops, I´m you person.
- If you have a specific question, call me or send me a video, and I will provide feedback.
What can you expect from our Peak Pilates system?
- A great and detailed manual. You can use the manual for education as well as on a daily business after completing your training. I sometimes call it the “Pilates bible”.
- An online learning platform with additional documents.
- A lot of great videos with detailed explanation.
- A system based on three levels that will push you to do your best without overstraining you. You can grow step by step.
- Workshops and tasks during your education that will help mold you into to a great instructor.
